This 1890's historic home was in deplorable condition when we first took possession. One of our in-house investments, we knew we had our work cut out for us. Taking this from condemned to a modern masterpiece. No stone was left unturned as this was a full gut renovation down to the studs. This property, with its timeless design, went on to set the neighborhood record sale price!

One of our largest and most intricate basement overhauls. Just shy of 2500sqft this basement is a dream living space. From a custom built kitchen with granite countertops, to the full bath with heated floors and rainfall shower, to the sunk in living room with stone clade fireplace; this luxury basement feels more like the main floor.

After driving a winding two mile long private road, sat a beautiful multi-million dollar estate. The only thing lacking was a fully functional basement living space. Taking this from cold cement walls and floors, to a space the entire family can enjoy. Creating an additional bedroom, full bath with laundry, wet bar, and theatre area with custom LED lighting. 

Our goal as a company is to not just develop properties, but also develop lasting relationships with our customers. What was originally contracted as a master bath remodel, quickly turned into a repeat client. After the master bath, we went on to remodel another full bath. The following season a deck rebuild, and the season after a complete window upgrade for the entire home.
